William Shakespeare – Much Ado About Nothing.
SUMMARY:
Leonato, who is a nobleman in Italy, shares his house with his daughter “Hero”, his niece “Beatrice”, and his elder brother Antonio. He also lets his friends, who are coming back from a war, living in his house. They are “Don Pedro”, who is a prince, and two soldiers called “Claudio” and “Benedick”.
Claudio falls in love with Hero and they decide to be married in one week. Till this time, they wanted to bring Benedick and Beatrice together, because they thought, that they are made for each other. They are successful, and so Beatrice falls in love with Benedick.
But Don John doesn’t like it to see all the others happy, and so he started to separate the pairs.
And his plan worked perfectly: Borachio makes love to Margaret, Hero’s serving woman, in Hero’s room in the night. When Claudio sees the two people making love, he thought, that Claudio unfaithful to him. So Claudio does not come to the wedding let her standing alone in front of the altar. Hero has a shock and faint. Everyone thought, she is dead, and when Borachio tells everyone, that he have not made love with Hero, Claudio felt very sorry.
Now Leonato wants Claudio to merry his niece, who is looking very similar to Hero. When he stands in front of the altar, a masked woman is waiting for him. When she reveals herself, he sees that she is Hero and so he is very happy. Benedick then asks Beatrice, if she will marry him, and she agrees. Then they are celebrating a double wedding and they are all joyful.

Claudio does not come to the wedding and Hero faint. Everyone thinks that she is dead. When Borachio tells everyone, what he had done, Claudio recognises that Hero is innocent and is very sorry.
Now he has to marry Beatrice. When he comes to the altar, he sees a masked woman. She takes of her masquerade and he sees that she is Hero. Benedick and Beatrice are marrying together with Claudio and Hero in a joyful double wedding.
